Delivery

We aim to deliver products within three working days. Delivery costs are included in the product price.

Products

Digital TV Research Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any product at any time or to withdraw any quotation prior to order without notice.

Order Completion

Orders will be delivered unless your order is not accepted or you have cancelled it (see Cancellation before purchase below). The main reasons for not accepting an order are non-availability of the product ordered; failure to gain credit/debit card payment authorisation; a product description or pricing error; or failure to meet the criteria outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

Prices

All prices and price-related information are subject to change at any time, without prior notice. All prices exclude sales tax (value-added tax).

Payment

Payment is expected before access is granted to any product. Secured credit/debit card payment can be made online or by electronic bank transfer. When paying by credit/debit card, your payment will be debited from your account before your purchase is dispatched. We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order secure.

Cancellation before purchase

To cancel any order made by payment card, please contact us within 24 hours of making the purchase.

Returns

Purchase returns can only take place after obtaining written consent from Digital TV Research Ltd.

Refunds

The maximum liability of Digital TV Research Ltd shall not exceed the purchase price of any product. We do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business (whether direct or indirect). Digital TV Research Ltd accepts no liability for any loss or damage whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause. These limits do not supersede your statutory rights.
